HI! I’m Aaron. I grew up in Berkeley, exploring the city and neighboring Albany on long walks, and I still appreciate what makes the East Bay distinctive: its culture, comfortable climate, easygoing lifestyle, and neighborhoods that feel distinctive.

I began my real estate career in Chicago shortly after college. I quickly discovered that I was good at paying close attention to what people wanted and finding it for them, sometimes in places they had not thought to look.

That remains one of my favorite parts of my real estate practice. Buyers don’t always know exactly what they need when we begin. I listen first, then use the homes we tour to sharpen the picture. Someone convinced they need three bedrooms, for example, may discover that a well-designed two-bedroom home with flexible space or room to expand suits them better. I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers, who are often open to considering possibilities beyond the obvious choices.

As someone who enjoys building things and tackling my own home projects, I also tend to notice what a property could become. Paint, lighting, hardware, rugs, or a few thoughtful improvements can dramatically change a home’s appearance and function without requiring a major renovation. Helping clients distinguish between a genuine limitation and an easily solved problem can open up opportunities they might otherwise overlook.

Once we find the right home, I focus on negotiating the most favorable terms possible and making sure my clients move forward with a clear understanding of their options.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy ocean fishing, basketball, bowling, and visiting Chicago and San Diego. One day, I hope to own a boat and cruise the California coast. Until then, you can often find me dressed in my preferred uniform of a T-shirt and shorts, headed to Gordo Taqueria.
