I’m Gabriel. Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up listening to dinner table conversations about inspections, disclosures, and escrow, and in my early teens I was opening doors at open houses alongside my mom. I’ve always known this is the work I wanted to do.

What drives me is simple: helping people move forward. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s a turning point. My superpower is forming solid relationships quickly: I’m naturally attuned to people, quick to build trust, and focused on understanding what matters most to each client. From there, I bring enthusiasm and thoughtful strategy to help you move forward with confidence.

Having grown up in El Cerrito and Berkeley, I know this area very well. I’m fascinated by houses, how no two are alike, and how each one reflects the people who live there.

I bring fresh energy, strong digital marketing skills, and a genuine commitment to being available and responsive. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers, helping make what can feel overwhelming into a smooth, easy experience.

Outside of real estate, I’m a passionate soccer player. I love to compete, and that same drive fuels my client advocacy.
