I’ve lived in California my entire life. I know and love our state, from the trails of the Sierra and Point Reyes to the arroyos of San Gabriel and Joshua Tree. I know the boardwalks of Venice Beach and Santa Cruz, and the back roads of wine country. I’ve been exploring the Bay Area for 50 years.
In my lifetime our state’s population has tripled, making housing a primary concern and challenge for many of us. My involvement in these challenges began from the ground up. I restored many historic properties ‘hands-on’ and eventually designed and built new homes. This led to my thriving 30+ year career as a Realtor, helping sellers and buyers realize their goals and dreams. My experience has given me expertise in contracts, negotiations, finance, tax matters, and market trends. I help my clients understand the structural integrity of a building, its value, its aesthetic potential, its location, and what that location’s future might hold.
Throughout my career, I have also maintained an active life as an artist, writer, gardener, and philosopher. These diverse interests enrich my enjoyment and appreciation for the world and everyone I meet.
Whether you are a buyer seeking your first home or a seller ready for a change, I have the knowledge and desire to help you. After all, my real estate practice isn’t ‘just business,’ it’s about human connections and relationships. I truly enjoy getting to know and helping my clients. If you think I can assist you, give me a call. In the meantime, enjoy the wonders and beauty of our great state.
