Hello, I’m Zoe Lui. I’ve called Berkeley home for almost 30 years and absolutely love the East Bay’s vibrant diversity. From the hidden, tree-covered stairways winding through the hills to the countless hole-in-the-wall eateries serving delicious global fare, it’s the variety here that makes the East Bay such an attractive place to live.

As both a homeowner and long-time real estate investor, I understand the excitement, rewards, and challenges that come with buying, selling and managing properties. Friends often turn to me for real estate advice, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing my expertise to help others navigate the process successfully. I bring the same care and enthusiasm to my clients as I do to my own real estate endeavors.

Originally from Hong Kong, I had the privilege of attending UC Davis, where I earned a B.S. in Computer Science. In addition to my degree, I hold the prestigious CFA® (Certified Financial Analyst) charter, a credential requiring three years of rigorous study. My background enables me to navigate the complex financial aspects of real estate transactions, providing clients with more than just numbers—I offer clear guidance and insight throughout the process.

My experience as a computer programmer for bank accounting systems gives me a unique perspective on real estate transactions—just like in programming, every detail must align seamlessly. I’m an expert problem solver, known for my perseverance and dedication to overcoming challenges, ensuring that no obstacle stands in the way of a successful outcome.

In my free time, I pursue my passion for architecture, appreciating the elements that make buildings both beautiful and functional. I also love hiking throughout this gorgeous area and exploring East Bay neighborhoods with my husband, Ron. Whether I’m in the hills, downtown, or by the Bay, you’ll often find me in my favorite walking shoes, taking it all in.
