Hello, I’m Terry. I’ve been helping clients achieve their real estate dreams in the East Bay for over a decade. With on-the-ground experience and deep community connections, I’m committed to helping clients through a process that is smooth, stress-free, and successful. My warm, personable approach, combined with a thorough understanding of contracts and market dynamics, allows me to guide each transaction with precision and care.  I’m humbled that loyal clients praise my integrity, prompt communication, and genuine concern for their well-being, as these values are at the heart of everything I do.

As a lifelong Oakland resident, I know the Bay Area inside and out. From my early days at Oakland Technical High School my connection to this community has always been strong. My wife, Toni, and I have been married for 23 years, and together we’ve raised four beautiful children, two of whom are now in college. Community service has been a cornerstone of our family, and it’s something we’re passionate about.

I’m proud to serve as the lead Pastor of “The Wall Church of the City,” a church Toni and I founded with a mission to rebuild lives affected by trauma and hardship. By mentoring those struggling with addiction, for example,  and collaborating closely with other local organizations, we empower individuals to regain independence and resilience. Additionally, I volunteer as a Police Chaplain with the Oakland Police Department.

A man of faith, family and football, I bring that same compassion, drive, and dedication to my role as  Broker Associate and Realtor with The Winkler Real Estate Group. My real estate practice is founded on principles of honesty, excellence, and expertise, as I guide clients through one of the most significant financial investments of their lives.
