Hi I’m Fan. Yes, spelled like a basketball fan – My family and I are huge Warriors fans. Go Dubs!

Originally hailing from Malaysia, I love to travel, and have lived/worked in many parts of the world including Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and both coasts of the US. I also speak Chinese, Malay, and a smattering of Thai.

When my husband and I were taking in the gorgeous SF skyline from Twin Peaks as tourists back in 1998, we fell in love with the city instantly. As fate and fortune would have it, we found our way back a few years later. And I’ve called the Bay Area my home ever since.

I have worn many hats from my past experience in advertising and marketing. As the global business lead at my previous Ad Agencies, I’ve led large teams across geographical regions in Asia and the US, elevated global brands and built trusted client relationships across different lines of business. I’m not afraid of hard work. I love real estate. I love meeting and getting to know people. I move fast but thrive on paying attention to the details, especially numbers! I have no trouble multitasking, planning, and executing demanding projects of all sizes and scale.

To pursue my passion for real estate, I got my license in 2022 and I’m super excited to partner with Ramon Ariza as the dynamic duo behind Team RF Homes. I bring fresh perspectives and marketing expertise; he brings his exuberance and extensive real estate experience. Together, we seek to understand the motivation behind every sale or purchase of a home. Because through knowing these stories, we can best serve the needs and best interests of our clients.

When I’m not checking out the latest listings, or prepping for open houses, I love to spend time with my kids and hubby – baking, biking, hiking, remodeling our home, volunteering at both kids’ schools, and planning our next travel destination!
