Get a realtor, you want to spend time with!

One of the pillars of my real estate business is developing relationships. I provide excellent, client-based service and I care about who you are and what you value. Buying a home is the biggest purchase that most people will ever make. Selling a home is a milestone in most people’s lives, where do you start, who do you trust? I have a strong sense of ethics; I align myself with what is best for my clients. I take pride in what I do and make sure everyone involved has a great experience with me.

Most realtors have lived a second life. We are dynamic, self-starters. After earning my degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, I became a tobacco cessation counselor. Over the years I’ve helped thousands of people, across the country and internationally, quit using tobacco. When I decided to try my hand in the sales world, I found it easy to create opportunities and network. I can spark up a conversation with anyone and it’s such a wonderful skill to have. If you spend any time with me, you will feel like you drank a cup of coffee!

In 2012, I moved to Berkeley and fell in love; I consider the East Bay my home. The skills I developed as a counselor are essential in real estate. The power of clear communication, clarity in goal setting, and an endless capacity to deal with unexpected challenges is where my strength lies. Clients know they can count on me; I listen to what my clients want and how they operate; collaboration is essential.

I have a background in property management and have been called the tenant whisperer. Talk to me about apartments and income property anytime! I know what contractors and vendors need to work quickly and get a home ready for the market.  Clients don’t need to worry about a thing. My expertise allows my clients to make smart choices in real estate. I set my clients up for success in future projects or the next chapter of their lives.

A fun fact about me, I own a 120lb King German Shepherd. In my free time, I work on protection, obedience training and we even train for scent work. I’m a great resource for anyone interested in the dog world. I’m an avid hiker and camper; when I don’t have an open house, my weekends are spent on the trail. Wildcat Canyon, Albany Bulb, and Mt. Diablo are my go-to hiking spots in the East Bay.

I am geared up and ready to bring my talents and special magic to your home buying or selling experience. Beginning to end I’ll go above and beyond, helping families and building relationships is just what I do.  Hope to hear from you soon!
