Years ago I worked for Habitat for Humanity.  I vividly remember the days, after months and hundreds of hours of volunteer labor, or “sweat equity,” when families finally received the keys to their new home – a home that they now owned.  There were tears.  There were long and heartfelt hugs, laughter, and celebration. The joy and pride they and we felt was profound.  In those moments the real power of home was made clear to me.

Home is something we all deserve.  The reality of this market, however, is that home ownership is getting more challenging as costs and competition continue to rise.  I know this: if you want to buy a home, I will work hard to help you attain that dream.  There is still plenty of opportunity out there; I will show you all the ways you can achieve home ownership, no matter what your budget.  In my case, for example, I bought a duplex with my brother, at about half the cost of a single-family home in the same neighborhood. As a certified Cobuy agent, I can also help you buy smart and effectively together with friends or family.

If you are preparing to sell a home, it is a remarkable time to do so – demand is high, and sales prices have never been higher.  That said, there is still an art and a science to the sale. I will guide you through a smooth and thorough process to obtain a satisfying result.

A little more about me: I’m a Bay Area native, an avid hiker and biker, a decent cook, a not bad photographer, an aspiring ukulele player, and a lover of kids, animals, art, music, and IPAs.  I worked for years in the nonprofit sector, and my roots run deep in this region.  Hawaii’s Big Island is my happy place.  An avid reader, I love the world of ideas.  I hold myself to a high standard at work and savor simple pleasures when at play. My fantastic husband and quirky cat live with me in the Richmond Annex.

But enough about me.  Get in touch so we can discuss YOU and your real estate goals.  My clients have been delighted with the level of service and coaching I provide.
